MiniTable does not use accounts, advertising or tracking. Your subjects, times, notes, to-dos and settings are stored exclusively on your device. MiniTable does not sync via iCloud. If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup for your device, Apple backs up the app's data together with your other device data. Apart from the anonymous usage statistics described below, no data is transmitted to servers operated by me.
The widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen read your timetable and your to-dos directly on the same device, from storage shared only between the app and its widgets (App Group). No data leaves your device for this.
If you allow notifications, MiniTable schedules reminders before your lessons locally on your device. They are created and delivered by iOS; no data is sent to a server for this.
A backup (a file with your subjects, to-dos and settings) or an export (PDF or image of your timetable) is only created when you tap the corresponding button. You decide where the file is saved or with whom it is shared, for example in the Files app, by email or via a messenger. When restoring, the app only reads the file you select.
To improve the app, MiniTable counts a few anonymous events (e.g. "paywall shown", "purchase completed", "subject added", "to-do added"). Only the app, the app version, the event and the date are stored, where applicable with a short value (e.g. where the purchase screen was opened); no identifiers, no subject names, times, notes or to-dos, and nothing is stored on or read from your device for this purpose. The statistics are stored by Supabase (Supabase Pte. Ltd.) as a processor in a database in Frankfurt (EU). Requests pass through Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), which technically processes your IP address. Supabase keeps technical server logs including the IP address with Google LLC (USA) and deletes them after 1 day; the IP address is not stored in the statistics. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Cloudflare and Google are certified) and on the Standard Contractual Clauses in the Supabase Data Processing Addendum. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the app). The statistics contain no personal data and are kept as long as they are needed for evaluation.
Purchases are processed by Apple; I do not receive any payment details. Purchases are verified and unlocked by Apple's StoreKit on your device. To keep track of purchases, the app reports completed purchases to RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., USA). RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier, purchase data and technical data such as app version and IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in evaluating sales). Data transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Further information in the RevenueCat Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy/
If you have enabled "Share with App Developers" on your device, Apple may provide me with anonymous crash reports. If you contact me by email, your email address and message are used solely to respond to your request (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are deleted once no longer required.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 15–21 and 77 GDPR).
